Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in new, unused condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is determined to be the result of manufacturing or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3D Printed Product Notice
All products are 3D printed. Minor layer lines, slight color variations, and small surface imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
