Every FlatLine 3D product is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged before it leaves our shop.

Made to Order

Most products are made specifically for your order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. This allows us to offer a growing selection of colors, finishes, and customization options.

Materials

Our products are created using high-quality materials selected for the intended use of each design, including:

• PLA – Ideal for decorative items, collectibles, and many everyday products. PLA offers excellent detail, a smooth finish, and is derived from renewable plant-based resources.

• PETG – A durable, impact-resistant material with increased flexibility and heat resistance, making it a great choice for functional and everyday-use items.

• ABS – A strong, heat-resistant engineering plastic commonly used for products that require added durability and toughness.

The material used for each product is listed on its individual product page.

Print Characteristics

Because each item is individually manufactured, slight variations may occur. Minor layer lines, subtle texture differences, and small dimensional tolerances are a normal part of the production process and contribute to the unique character of every piece.

Colors

We do our best to accurately represent product colors. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and availability, actual colors may vary slightly.

Assembly

Some products may require minimal assembly upon arrival. If assembly is required, it will be clearly noted in the product listing.

Print Finish Options

Some products are available in multiple print finish options. Lower layer heights produce a smoother surface but require additional production time. Higher layer heights print faster and may show more visible layer lines. Unless otherwise noted, these differences are cosmetic and do not affect the product's intended use.

Processing Time

Most FlatLine 3D products are made to order, which means they're created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Unlike mass-produced products that sit on warehouse shelves, each item is produced specifically for your order, inspected for quality, any necessary assembly is completed, and then carefully packaged before it's shipped.

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.

Processing times may be longer for custom orders, personalized items, larger orders, or during periods of high demand. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together once everything is complete.

Need your order sooner? If you're working with a deadline, send us an email before placing your order. We can't promise miracles, but if there's a way to get your order out sooner, we'll do our best to make it happen.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and are provided by the shipping carrier.

Please note that the processing time (typically 3–7 business days) is separate from the shipping carrier's delivery time.

While we do our best to get your order out quickly, FlatLine 3D cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather

• Carrier delays

• Holidays

• Customs processing

• Incorrect shipping addresses

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged shipments, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

If you are in the Joplin area and would like to pick up your items, select Local Pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email (or text) when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Many products are made to order. Because of the manufacturing process, minor variations may occur, including:

These characteristics are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

3. Product Images

We strive to accurately represent our products through photographs and digital renderings. However:

• Colors may appear different depending on your screen.

• Accessories shown in photos may not be included unless specifically stated.

• Lifestyle photos are for demonstration purposes only.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created according to the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing all submitted information before approval.

• Confirming spelling, measurements, colors, and design details.

• Ensuring they have permission to reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked material they provide.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot typically be modified or canceled.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices listed at the time an order is placed will be honored for that order.

6. Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed.

7. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only.

FlatLine 3D is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

9. Product Use

Many products are intended for decorative or novelty purposes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Products are not toys.

• Products are not intended for children under 14 years of age.

• Small parts may present a choking hazard.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

10. Intellectual Property

All original FlatLine 3D designs, photographs, logos, branding, descriptions, and website content remain the property of FlatLine 3D.

Licensed models remain subject to their respective creators' licensing terms.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

FlatLine 3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

Licensed Designs

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is determined to be the result of manufacturing or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3D Printed Product Notice

All products are 3D printed. Minor layer lines, slight color variations, and small surface imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
