Materials
Our products are created using high-quality materials selected for the intended use of each design, including:
PLA – Ideal for decorative items, collectibles, and many everyday products. PLA offers excellent detail, a smooth finish, and is derived from renewable plant-based resources.
PETG – A durable, impact-resistant material with increased flexibility and heat resistance, making it a great choice for functional and everyday-use items.
ABS – A strong, heat-resistant engineering plastic commonly used for products that require added durability and toughness.

Print Characteristics
Because each item is individually manufactured, slight variations may occur. Minor layer lines, subtle texture differences, and small dimensional tolerances are a normal part of the production process and contribute to the unique character of every piece.
Colors
We do our best to accurately represent product colors. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and availability, actual colors may vary slightly.
Assembly
Some products may require minimal assembly upon arrival. If assembly is required, it will be clearly noted in the product listing.
Print Finish Options
Some products are available in multiple print finish options. Lower layer heights produce a smoother surface but require additional production time. Higher layer heights print faster and may show more visible layer lines. Unless otherwise noted, these differences are cosmetic and do not affect the product's intended use.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in new, unused condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is determined to be the result of manufacturing or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3D Printed Product Notice
All products are 3D printed. Minor layer lines, slight color variations, and small surface imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Processing Time
Most FlatLine 3D products are made to order, which means they're created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Unlike mass-produced products that sit on warehouse shelves, each item is produced specifically for your order, inspected for quality, any necessary assembly is completed, and then carefully packaged before it's shipped.
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
Processing times may be longer for custom orders, personalized items, larger orders, or during periods of high demand. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together once everything is complete.
Need your order sooner? If you're working with a deadline, send us an email before placing your order. We can't promise miracles, but if there's a way to get your order out sooner, we'll do our best to make it happen.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination.
